How to Rent a Unit

1. Select an available unit from the Units page.

2. Fill out the agreement on the Rental Agreement page.

Please Note: There is a one month minimum rent and a deposit equal to one months rent due at signing, your second month will be pro-rated to the first of the month. After reading the agreement, click submit, it will be emailed to me and I will contact you for a credit card payment or to arrange for payment, and to provide a gate code. The unit is available for your immediate use, bring a padlock.
